Program-Overview-BW Program-Overview-Col

SP Jain’s Manufacturing Excellence program focuses on helping you learn and implement the best practices for world-class manufacturing.

This program is aimed at taking a fresh, hard look at the day-to-day operations and gaining a whole new set of realisations, namely of the ‘deviations’ (i.e. what happens v/s what should be happening), on each manufacturing line. It will help you tackle the challenges of quality inconsistencies, long cycle times, large work-in-process inventories, high costs and capacity underutilisation.
