PROGRAM OVERVIEW
HR professionals in modern businesses are required to handle multiple tasks – from staffing, training and compensation to diversity, inclusion and performance. With advances in technology, there are now several tools that organisations can use to create, modify and manage their HR processes. Data analytics is one such tool. However, harvesting data requires strong analytical skills and the willingness and preparedness to draw meaningful insights from data.
The HR Analytics program by SP Jain School of Global Management serves as an introduction to Analytics for HR professionals. It will explore the use of analytics within the Human Resource discipline to analyse and visualise HR metrics and build interactive dashboards. The program responds to the growing need for HR professionals to develop the skills and techniques needed to analyse data to manage and improve their workforce.

Rajesh Tukdeo is an experienced consultant in the Information Technology and Services industry and is a Tableau-certified freelance trainer in Tableau and R programming.
He has conducted multiple lectures on management and corporate subjects like Business Analysis, Marketing Data Analytics, and Email & Chat Etiquette.
